Uncontested Divorce
For uncontested divorces, divorces in which the parties have come to a settlement on their own and just want somebody to take care of the court/legal part of it, we offer a flat fee. The only time that we would require more than the price listed below is if the divorce becomes contentious and the parties can no longer agree on the terms of their divorce. This price also includes all filing fees (the difference in price below for a divorce with minor children reflects the higher filing fee charged by the courts when a divorce involves minor children).
